What organization is collecting the information?

a. The Raabe College of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University, a private university collects (receives) the information and transmits the information to the user and or their designees.

How is the information used and with whom it may be shared?

a. The simulation information you provide using the monitoring tools can only be provided to your student colleagues, as health care providers, by you.

b. The Raabe College of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University does not, and will not, disclose any informational content it gathers from you which could be used to identify or contact you. Any simulation information provided to the student health professionals must be done by you, as described in the Conditions and Terms of Use.
